Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated FIGUR8 Assessment Specialist for a contracted, field-based role. This position plays a key role in advancing FIGUR8's mission by delivering high-quality, in-person patient assessments using our Biomotion Assessment Platform. You will be responsible for conducting assessments across an assigned territory, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and an exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, clinically adept, and capable of collaborating with physical therapy clinics to integrate movement data into the patient care continuum.
Responsibilities
- On-site Assessments: Perform high-quality, in-person patient assessments using the FIGUR8 Biomotion Assessment Platform at assigned PT clinics.
- Clinic Coordination: Ensure partner clinics are prepared for scheduled testing blocks. Communicate directly with clinic teams to confirm patient scheduling and readiness.
- Post-Assessment Follow-up: Communicate assessment results and subsequent testing needs with partner clinics. Guide the timing and planning of follow-up assessments.
- Data Management & Quality: Ensure data from each assessment is captured, synced, and reviewed for accuracy. Maintain high standards of clinical and technical quality across all assessments.
- Provider Support: Collaborate with supervising providers within each clinic to assist in interpreting movement data. Support the integration of assessment findings into individualized patient care plans.
- Territory Management: Travel within an assigned geographic area to deliver consistent, reliable on-site support. Serve as the primary point of contact for assessment delivery within your territory.
Qualifications
- Fluency: Ideal candidates will possess fluency in musculoskeletal health assessment delivery and data interpretation.
- Licensure/Credentials: Ideal candidates may possess a requisite license/certification or experience in one of the following areas: Physical Therapy Technician, Athletic Training Certification (ATC), Exercise Physiologist (EP), Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Experience: Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics, MSK rehabilitation, or a similar setting is preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of MSK injuries, conditions, and recovery principles.
- Comfortable with medical technology and clinical data systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and clinical quality.
